Each week, I study my quotations sources and select
five motivational quotes to jump-start your engine on Monday morning.
It's difficult getting in gear on Monday mornings after a nice long, relaxing
weekend. Sometimes the quotes are humorous, other times thought-provoking.
Sometimes they're all on the same topic, other times each quote is different.
I try not to repeat myself, but there are times when people (myself included)
need to see the same quote again.
The list is managed by Yahoo Groups. To read recent emails from the list
first, before joining, go to: http://groups.yahoo.com/group/weeklywords
Once you have joined, you will receive the "Welcome"
email acknowledging your request and you must respond to this email. I
normally send out the quotes once a week, so several days may pass before
you receive your first email.
- To Unsubscribe via e-mail, from your email

- If you’re unsure about the group name, consult
the message header at the top of an e-mail from the group.
- Be sure your e-mail program is adjusted to send mail
from the address you want unsubscribed.
- If you are not sure what address you are subscribed as,
you will find the address used to reach you in the "Return-Path"
header of the message you received (go into "properties").
- Changing Email Addresses:
If you are changing jobs or changing ISPs, unsubscribe from your old

- You may also change via the web if you no longer have
access to your old email account.
- To unsubscribe on the Web:
Sign in to Yahoo! Groups and
go to the My Groups page.
Click on the Edit Message Settings link at the top of the page.
Look for the group you wish to unsubscribe from, and select Unsubscribe
from the pull-down list on the right.
Click Update to save your changes. The group will no longer be listed
on the My Groups page, and you will no longer receive messages.
- Privacy Statement:
Whenever you join or start a Yahoo! Group, or whenever you post a message,
your Yahoo! ID and email address will be listed on the Members page.
The owner will be able to see the entire email address while members
will only see an abbreviated listing of it on the Members page (e.g.,
"joe@y...")
The Quote Maven uses your email
address solely for sending out the weekly email and does not sell or reveal
your address to anyone else.
