Salad Mandala

For most of my life I did not care for broccoli, either cooked or raw. My DH of two years introduced me to fresh broccoli and spinach in salads.

We like to make our salads with spinach, leafy green lettuce, carrots, tomatoes, broccoli, mushrooms, cucumbers, and almond slivers. DH and DS also add black olives. DS does not like any kind of salad dressing. The only thing he adds are bacon bits. Try your salad undressed sometime and you will discover some wonderful flavors!

This is a digital photo collage manipulated in Photoshop.

Nice collage. You're right about salads undressed; they're downright good. We grow all the ingredients to your salad here in the Salinas Valley, aka the Salad Bowl of the World ... Don't want to sound like a promo for Monterey County, California. Anyway, very nice photo-illo.

Sometmes I prefer playing with my food... and arranging it, to eating it. Nice design!

Looks ready print. Something on the front of a menu.
interesting use of duplicating part of an illustration and rotating it. Good work. I like it from a designers point of view.

Cheers,
W.E.A.
