I've always loved the movie Funny Girl. This was the film that propelled Barbra Streisand into stardom. Although only twenty five at the time she made this film, she can belt out songs like "I'm The Greatest Star" or give you goosebumps with "My Man."
And then there's comedy--Barbra as Fanny Brice making a grand Ziegfeld Follies entrance as a pregnant bride.
This is a simple Photoshop manipulation.

OH gosh, I haven't seen that movie for such a while. I love it, I'll have to go rent it now. Great choice for reflection.

I've been starting with a pen and ink sketch... free & loose... Then using photoshop and a mouse. I'd like to learn each technique well enough to not have to rely on the other! -- oh and I want to incorporate some words, but not so many that they make the "art" reduntant. Love the Anne Morrow Lindberg /ocean one.
