Runner's Bouquet

I didnt' think I could come up with anything quickly. It's a holiday weekend, I didn't want to spend a lot of time on this.
This is done in Photoshop, starting with an image of a running shoe sole. Turned into flowers. This is quote is on a running poster in my basement.
